NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th December, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 178, in Volume D1, Folio 2/10, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Walter Eshiunwa Aswa Nganyi, of P.O. Box 30259–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Walter Aswa Nganyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Walter Aswa Nganyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Walter Eshiunwa Aswa Nganyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Walter Eshiunwa Aswa Nganyi only.
