IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of t he Coast Development Authority Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, William Sam o ei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoints— MZEE MWINYI MZEE to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Coast Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, wit h ef fect from the 3rd February, 2023.
