IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (i) o f t he Coast Development Authority Act, as read together with section 51 o f the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secr et ar y for East African Community, the ASALs and Regional Develop ment appoints— Ricky W. Kambi, Dorcas Jibran, Robert Mue Kisyula, Ikhwan Omar Bwanaadi, Bibi Salim Masha, T oash George Amuma, Benson Muema Kilonzo, as members of the Board of Directors of the Coast Development Authority. The appointments* of Muad Mohammed Kh alif, Fo uzia Abass, Hassan Rashid Nzinga, Jeff Saye, Julius Kariuki Ndegwa, Ibrahim Khamis and Abdullahi Mohamed Abdi are revoked. Dated the 1st February, 2023.
