APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the powers conferred by section 30 of the County Governments Act, the realization of Articles 174 and 175 of the Constitution of Kenya and all other enabling laws, I, Ahmed Abdullahi, Governor of the County of Wajir, do establish a Human Resource Audit Steering Committee in Wajir County. The Committee shall consist of: Hillow Muumin — Chairperson Osman Mohamed Qassim — Secretary Members: Mohamed Abdullahi Adow Osman Ibrahim Khamis Naema Ibrahim Farah Ahmed Osman Mohamed Kahiye Bulle Ahmednassir Mohamed Shaaban Adan Abdi Terms of Reference The Terms of Reference of the Steering Committee shall be to: (a) Represent the interests of County Government in the HR Audit Exercise; (b) Attend and participate in the Project Steering Committee meetings (as scheduled) in order to provide institutional knowledge and context to the assignment; (c) Track the assignment work plan and set timelines to ensure delivery of the assignment in line with the set timeframe; (d) Address project related challenges that may be presented by the Consultants in the execution of the assignment; and (e) Validate the deliverables to ensure alignment to the assignment terms of reference. Further, the Steering Committee shall conduct any other matter ancillary to or in furtherance of any of the foregoing Terms of Reference. Dated the 17th January, 2023.
