IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 6 (1) (a) and 7 (5) of the Kakamega County Revenue Administration and Management Act, 2017 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— MARTIN MUDAMBO DONDO (DR.) to be the Chairperson of the Board of Management of Kakamega County Revenue Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th February, 2023.
