IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 6 (1) (a) and 7 (5) of the Kakamega County Dairy Development Corporation Act, 2018 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— FRANCIS MURAMBI SIKOLIA to be the Chairperson of the Board of Management of Kakamega County Dairy Development Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th February, 2023.
