IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 12 (1) (a) and 12 (5) of the Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Services Act, 2021 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— BOAZ ODEMU BULIMU to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Company Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th February, 2023.
