APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 6 (1) (a) and 7
(6) of the Kakamega County Microfinance Corporation Act, 2018 and
section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes
Barasa, appoint—
LISAMULA SILVERSE ANAMI
to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kakamega County
Microfinance Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect
from the 7th February, 2023.
