APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the
State Corporations Act and Paragraph 5 (2) (a) of the Youth Enterprise
Development Fund Order, 2007, I, William Samoei Ruto, President
and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of
Kenya, appoint—
FATMA BAKARI BARAYAN
to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Youth Enterprise
Development Fund Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect
from 20th January, 2023.
