APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of the Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoint— SURUM IPATO KOREMA to be the Chairperson of the Anti-Female Genital Mutilation Board, for a period of six (6) years, with effect from 20th January, 2023.
