APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 235 (1) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya as read together with section 45 (1) (b) of
the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval by the Kitui
County Assembly in its sitting held on the 7th February, 2023, I, Julius
Makau Malombe (Dr.), Governor, Kitui County, appoint the persons
named in the first column of the Schedule, to be County Chief Officers
responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column
of the Schedule.
