TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By (1) Betty Chebet Mutai and (2) Jeremiah Akubwa Awori, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Polline Tollone Sitienei, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Nashepai Ndicho Sadera and (2) Chelsea Nairesiae Sadera, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Herman Sadera Ndicho, who died on 16th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
