TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E497 OF 2022 By Michael Hongo Sweta, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nickolaus Sweta Onduru alias Sweta Onduru, who died at Kanyawegi Sub-location, on 17th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E671 OF 2022 By Monica Aoko Ogoma, of P.O. Box 908–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Otom Ogoma, who died at Korando, on 3rd April, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
