Box 1450, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonfas Nyongesa Nandwoli, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2022 By Dennis Simiyu Masielo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masielo Lungwanyi, who died at Kimilili Sub- District Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2000. CAUSE NO. 294 OF 2022 By (1) Alfred Wafula Kasaya, (2) David Mulongo Kisaya, (3) Henry Kuloba Kasaya and (4) Isaac Walubengo Chikani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Kasaya Sirengo alias Kasaya Sirengo, who died at Kibisi Sub-location, on 10th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. 302 OF 2022 By Juliet Nasumba, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peres Mbogani Wawire, who died on 25th May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E336 OF 2022 By (1) Wenslaus Wakhungu Wayongo and (2) Elphas Wafula Wayongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wayongo Sikanga, who died on 26th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2022 By John Nabangi Wasilwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Wekesa Barasa, who died at St. Damiano Medical Centre, on 20th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
