TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 430 OF 2022 By Milliam Wangari Wachira, of P.O. Box 2003–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maigwa Wachira alias Joseph Maigua Wachira, late of Siron Location, who died at St. Monica Medical Centre, on 22nd March, 2021. CAUSE NO. 431 OF 2022 By Regina Wanjiku Mwangi, of P.O. Box 59–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ethrom Gitahi Ndungu alias Ethrom Gitahi Ndung’u, late of Gathanji Location, who died at Consolata Mathari Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
