PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2022
By Phylis Ikamba Gwituma, of P.O. Box 943, Embu in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Gwituma Nguu, who died at Itabua, on 8th April, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2022
By Damaris Nyambura Thuo, the deceased’s widow, through
Njuguna & Njuguna Co., advocates of Embu, for a grant of letters of
administration with will to the estate of James Wahome Weru, who
died at Joykim Nursing Home, on 17th May, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
