Box 432–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutemi Mitau Ndavu alias Mutemi Mitau, who died at Kauma Sub-location, on 23rd March, 2004. CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2022 By (1) George Moki Nzou, (2) Jeemiah Musee Nzou and (3) Michael Ithaa Nzou, all of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzou Ithaa, who died on 31st December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2022 By Mulu Isika, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutheu Isika, who died at Kawongo, Kathome, on 26th June, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
