TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2022 By Zakaria Makari, of P.O. Box 705−30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Wanyama Makari, who died at Kitale Nursing Home, on 9th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. 154 OF 2022 By (1) Izabella Isoli Ligina and (2) Isaac Ligina Bandi, both of P.O. Box 200−30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Mmege Ligina, who died at Kapkoi Sub-location, on 25th January, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
