Box 11, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Munjal Nonga, who died at Dandora, Nairobi, on 16th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. 382 OF 2022 By Kennedy Ochieng Ndolo, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ochieng Ajwala, who died at Masumbi, on 24th May, 1976. CAUSE NO. E399 OF 2022 By Dorcas Owiti Ajuang, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Patrick Owiti, who died on 7th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. 447 OF 2022 By Joseph Aggrey Opiyo Awega, of P.O. Box 355, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awega Nyagaya, who died at North Gem, on 11th August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
