E357 OF 2022 By Patricia Anyango Ogutu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Ogutu Onyango, who died at Hono Sub-location, on 16th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. 438 OF 2022 By Judith Achieng Oondo, of P.O. Box 74765–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Omondi Oludhe, who died on 3rd May, 2019. CAUSE NO. 439 OF 2022 By Wilkins Allan Okello Nyang’or, of P.O. Box 12, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Nyang’or Owuor, who died on 1st January, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
