TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2021 By Ezekiel Otieno Okech, of P.O. Box 827–40400, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bathlomao Okech alias Okech Otama, who died at Kotieno II Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1981. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2022 By Sabina Odira Kodero, of P.O. Box 202–40400, Suna in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Augustine Kodero Maswabe, who died at Nyamaraga Sub-location, on 8th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
