TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E440 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Kiongo Gichuhi, (2) Julius Njuguna Gichuhi, (3) Timothy Kiarie Gichuhi and (4) Alice Wambui Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 516–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuhi Kiongo, who died on 9th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E473 OF 2022 By Patrick Miringu Gakonyo, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Gakonyo Muitherero alias Benson Gakonyo Muitherero, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
