TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022
By (1) Abraham Kamau Mwaura and (2) Samuel Njuna Mwaura, of
P.O. Box 57, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kimani
Mwaura, who died at Kasuku, on 30th June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022
By Caroline Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 57, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya,
the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Veronicah Wambui Maina alias Veronica Wambui
Maina, who died at Kasuku, on 10th November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
