TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2022 By Jackline Namachanja Tamwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Sitati Wanyonyi, who died on 22nd August 2008. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Kubonei Mutai, (2) Ben Tumwet Kipsisei, (3) Linus Kwalia Kipsisei and (4) Andrew Kipsisei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Psisei Cheprot alias Kipsisei Cheprot, who died on 2nd November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
