TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2022 By (1) Elfasi Mmasi and (2) Christopher Wambalwa Mmasi, both of P.O. Box 277, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mmasi Mangala, who died at Fuvale, on 14th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2022 By (1) Fenic Kedembechi Juma and (2) Agnes Iminza Shibenzi, both of P.O. Box 124, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyonga Menda, who died at Nala Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
