TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 662 OF 2022 By (1) Sprina Akumu Aola and (2) Fredrick Ogenda Omuga, both of P.O. Box 487, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-inlaw and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kawa Ogenda, who died at Kotieno Konuonga, on 20th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. 633 OF 2022 By Timon Odhiambo Onditi, of P.O. Box 1, Kandiege in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Onditi, who died at Kambai, Homa Bay, on 24th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. 729 OF 2022 By Benadus Okelo Wakenga, of P.O. Box 194, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osee Oyugi, who died at Kachieng, on 5th August, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
