Box 16–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen K. Cherutich, who died on 31st May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2022 By Isack Kipngetich Torotich, of P.O. Box 102–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoti Kandagor, who died on 18th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2022 By Joseph Kipchai Kerore, both of P.O. Box 16–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabon Chesire, who died at Kipsogon Day, on 16th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
