GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9255

WHEREAS Jackson Kariuki Njau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 1.190, 1.248, 1.261 and 1.247 hectares or thereabout, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/2038, 2063, 2051 and 2064, respectively, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 826 of 1999, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Hannah Ndeleve Kariuki Jackson, (2) Mary Wanjiru Kariuki Jackson and (3) Halima Wanjiru Kariuki Jackson, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Hannah Ndeleve Kariuki Jackson, (2) Mary Wanjiru Kariuki Jackson and (3) Halima Wanjiru Kariuki Jackson, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Jackson Kariuki Njau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
