APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (3) (d) the County Governments Act, 2012, as read together with sections 8 and 9 of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017 and upon approval by the Elgeyo/Marakwet County Assembly sitting held on Thursday, the 6th July, 2023, the Elgeyo/Marakwet County Assembly Service Board appoints— Livingstone Cheboi Talel, Elizabeth Jemutai Keitany, to be members of the Elgeyo/Marakwet County Assembly Service Board, for up to the period contemplated and set out in the First Schedule of the County Assembly Services Act.
