THE CONSTITUTION

it is notified for the
information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general
public of a special sitting of the County Assembly that shall be held on
Wednesday, the 4th January, 2023, at the County Assembly Chambers
from 9.30 a.m.
In accordance with Standing Order 26 (4), the business to be
transacted at the special sitting shall be deliberations on the report of
the Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development
Committee on the Conferment of Municipality Status to the Towns of
Mbita, Oyugis, Kendu Bay and Ndhiwa.
