THE CONSTITUTION
NOTIFICATION
IT IS notified for the information of the Members of the
Nyandarua County Assembly and the general public that pursuant to
the provision of Article 31 (4) of the County Assembly Standing
Orders, the Nyandarua County Assembly shall have a special sitting
on Friday, the 6th January, 2023, at 10.30 a.m. in the Assembly
Chambers at Ol Kalou. The business to be transacted shall be—
(a) tabling of the Report of the County Assembly Service Board
on the nominee for appointment to the position of the Clerk of
the Nyandarua County Assembly;
(b) tabling of the notification by the Governor on the nomination
for appointment of the County Secretary and a member of the
Nyandarua County Public Service Board; and
(c) consideration and enactment of the Nyandarua County Finance
Bill, 2022.
