IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (3) of the Kenya Literature Bureau Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— VICTOR LOMARIA to be the Managing Director of the Kenya Literature Bureau, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st September, 2016.
