IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 45, section (1)- (5) of the County Government Act, 2012, the Governor of Turkana County, consequent to the notification and resignation of Paul Ekwom Nabuin as County Executive Member for Finance and Planning, appoint— CHARLES EW01 LOKI YOTO to be the Ag. Executive Member for Finance and Planning, County Government of Turkana, with effect from the 3rd January, 2017 and until the post is substantively filled in the normal manner or he ceases to act on the vacant position, whichever is earlier.
