NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Messrs. Murphy Merchants Auctioneers, to collect M/V Sea Liberty-Vessel from Messrs. Tudor Marina, upon payment of all outstanding charges and other incidental costs within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication hereof. Failure to pay and collect the subject vessel before expiry of this notice, the said vessel shall be sold by public auction without any further notice whatsoever. Dated the 18th October, 2017.
