IT IS notified for information of the general public that pursuant to paragraph 7 (2) and (3) of the Framework for the Assumption of Office of the Governor contained in Gazette Notice Nos. 6409 and 7719 of 2017 the swearing in ceremony of Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo (Dr.) and Patrick Lumumba Saisi (Dr.) as the Governor and Deputy Governor, respectively of the Vihiga County, shall be held on Monday, 21st August, 2017 at Kidundu Stadium starting at 9.00 a.m. Dated the 15th August, 2017.
