APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 (c) of the
Deed of Declaration of Trust dated 7th July, 1981, establishing the
National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President
of the Republic of Kenya, and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya
Defence Forces, appoint—

to be a Trustee of the National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya, with
effect from 23rd December, 2016.
