WHEREAS (1) Mashesh Ramesh Bhai Patel and (2) Atul Ramesh Bhai Patel, both of P.O. Box 341, Kisumu in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0975 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block 8/244, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
