REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Albert Chege Karuru, of P.O. Box 51261–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/6449, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered by virtue of a grant I.R. No. 21529, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of this land title has been lost/misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
