REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kanyotu Karanu (ID/6240741), of P.O. Box 11272–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/2341, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
