REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Millicent Gathii Mugo (ID/3111110), of P.O. Box 30089, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0440 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Municipality Block 23/773, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green/white card of the said piece of land is lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green/white card provided that no objection will be received within that period.
