WHEREAS Motonka ole Masinyiaye (ID/0791276), of P.O. Box 24, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 89.56 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kaputiei North/700, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card of the said piece of land is lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the green card provided that no objection will be received within that period.
