REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nancy Gatheru Gana, of P.O. Box 220, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0971 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nanyuki/Municipality Block 10/378, situate within Laikipia District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card and white card in respect of this land title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas efforts made to locate the said green and white card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card and white card as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
