THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Wanjiku Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1597 hectare or thereabouts, known as Molo South/Langwenda Block II/36 (Kangei), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas (1) Peter Mararo Kariuki and (2) John Kibe Kariuki is the administrator of the estate, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier has been reported as missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the precaution of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the death certificate of the deceased herein and issue a new land title deed to the beneficiary thereof, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
