THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Masoni Mokua (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.14 hectare or thereabouts, known as Chache/B/B/BOBURIA/5122, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the High Court at Kisii in succession cause No. 387 of 2011, has issued certificate of confirmation of grant to Benedict Bisonga Masoni, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument, and upon such registration, I shall issue a new land title deed to the said Benedict Bisonga Masoni.
