APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS I appointed (1) Peter I. Kimotho, Chief Co-operative Officer, Headquarters, P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi (2) Suleiman Wandati, Legal Officer, Headquarters, P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, to be liquidators for Methi and Swani Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/2155), and whereas Peter I. Kimotho, is unable to act as liquidator. Now therefore, I appoint Peter Wanjohi Kiama, Chief Co-operative Officer, Headquarters and (2) Suleiman Wandati, Legal Officer, Headquarters, to be liquidators in the matter of the said co-operative society for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize them to take into their custody all the property of the said society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
