WINDING UP

NOTICE is given that at the extraordinary-general meeting of the company held on Tuesday, 17th January, 2017, the following resolutions were passed— Special Resolution: “THAT the company be wound up voluntarily”. Ordinary Resolution: “THAT Harveen Gadhoke, of P.O. Box 40092–00100, Nairobi, is appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”, The creditors of the company are required on or before Tuesday, 7th February, 2017, to send full particulars of all claims they may have against the company addressed to the undersigned, the liquidator of the company, and if so required by notice in writing from the liquidator, personally or by his advocate to come and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
