WINDING UP

NOTICE is given that the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (formerly Deposit Protection Fund Board) in exercise of the powers conferred under rule 107 of the companies (winding up) rules, will commence payment of the 15th dividend from 30th January, 2017 to all eligible depositors and creditors of Post Bank Credit Ltd (in liquidation) who have proved their claims. Payments shall be through Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS). depositors and creditors who have not provided their bank account details are requested to do so and forward the same to the Liquidation Agent at the offices of Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation located on the 2nd Floor, CBK Pension House, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi. Claimants are further advised to note that dividend payment is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of commencement of payment stated above. Dated the 26th January, 2017.
