NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd December, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3071, in Volume DI, Folio 304/4272, File No. MMXVI, by our client, Emmanuel Kisimirr Mayiani, of P.O. Box 269–00209, Loitokitok in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kisimirr ole Oloitukuake, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kisimirr ole Oloitukuake and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emmanuel Kisimirr Mayiani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Emmanuel Kisimirr Mayiani only.
