NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1204, in Volume DI, Folio 13/184, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Marion Wairimu Ryan (guardian) on behalf of Fahiq Joseph Kariuki Ryan (minor), of 55, Craigdale Road, Hornchurch, United Kingdom, RM 11, 1AH, formerly known as Fahiq Joseph Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Fahiq Joseph Kariuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fahiq Joseph Kariuki Ryan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Fahiq Joseph Kariuki Ryan only.
