NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th December, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 266, in Volume DI, Folio 2/15, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Susan Kairuthi Walala, of P.O. Box 29712–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Kairuthi Mukindia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Kairuthi Mukindia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Susan Kairuthi Walala, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Susan Kairuthi Walala only.
